The Factory is a converted old theater that combines the beauty of its original detail with a modern industrial style. It’s a blank slate that can be transformed to pretty much any theme or look you can imagine. We pride ourselves on affordable pricing for a wonderful one-of-a-kind experience!
A signed contract and 50% retainer is required to secure your wedding date.
The remaining payment is due one week prior to your event.

We do not offer ceremonies on site, but there are several churches and parks within walking distance.
There are many great spots throughout our venue for really cool photos. We would love to schedule a walk through with you.
The space is available as early as 10:30am on the day of your event.
Guests must depart by 10pm, and vendors must be done breakdown by 11pm.
Yours and only yours! We want to provide you with a personal experience and feel it wouldn’t be fair to double book.
No. We recommend you have your wedding planner/day-of coordinator on site to assist with the other vendors (florists, caterers, etc) for any drop off or setting up in the building.
We highly recommend uber and/or public transportation. There is public parking one block away at the Collingswood Patco Speedline Station.
Yes, however we do require that all vendors show proof of insurance in order to provide services in the building.
Yes, we allow outside purchases of alcohol as long as you use PJ Bartending Services, as they are tip certified and insured. $250 per bartender.
No, we welcome any catering company of your choice.
Outside caterers are welcome to use the small kitchen for food prep, however they must bring their own heating sources.
