For Jenn Grega, owner of The Fish Tank Coworking Space, a big goal was to open and run her own business. She found inspiration while working at a coworking space in Philadelphia. “Networking is a powerful tool,” Jenn said as she referenced times she saw strangers turn into connections and chance run-ins become great business leads. From that moment Jenn started to put in motion her plans to open up a coworking space in Haddon Township.
Being an easy to access, inclusive space that the people in the community can use as they see fit for their needs was important to Jenn. The Fish Tank is located at the Haddon Town Center, less than a minute away from the PATCO Speedline. This connects not only those in Philadelphia, but those who live near The Atlantic City Rail and The Riverline. “It was also very important to me that we be located on the first floor.” Jenn wanted the space to be as inclusive as possible and didn’t want stairs to be an obstacle to those who could utilize the space.

When you first walk into The Fish Tank, there is a quiet but open seating area, a nice spot to meet a client or coworker for a brief and secluded chat. One of the first rooms you see is the conference room, perfect for meetings of any sort. There is a custom made rustic white oak conference table made by The Factory Workers that seats 10 – 12 people comfortably for in person and virtual conference meetings.
On the opposite side of the hall are two private offices that can fit 1 to 3 people each. As you continue into the main room, three more large rustic white oak tables fill the area to create room for 30+ people to work amongst one another, attend workshops, host events, or function as whatever the community needs.

In need of some privacy for an important call? Jenn has thought that through and offers private phone booths that are open to the members to hop in and take any call necessary. On the other side of the room there is another private office and a kitchen area for those who like to bring their own lunch.
